Reginald C. Woodard, Esq. has been a practicing
attorney since 1977 in Albuquerque, NM. He has been engaged
in the representation of boarding stables, training facilities
and breeding farms for approximately 31 years.
Reg grew up in the horse business showing at the championship
level with both Quarter Horse Halter and Performance Horses
as well as Cutting Horses. In addition, he has been an
approved Judge for the National Cutting Horse Association and
served as Executive Director for one of the largest horse breeding,
training and lesson facilities ever built in the state of New
Mexico.
He has testified as an expert witness on equine related matters
in both State and Federal Courts and has served as a consultant
Equus Magazine on equine liability issues. He currently practices
law located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
