Reginald C. Woodard, Esq. has been a practicing attorney in Albuquerque, NM, since 1977. He has been engaged in the representation of boarding stables, training facilities, and breeding farms for approximately 31 years.
Reg grew up in the horse business, showing at the championship level with both Quarter Horse Halter and Performance Horses as well as Cutting Horses. In addition, he has been an approved Judge for the National Cutting Horse Association and has served as Executive Director for one of the largest horse breeding, training, and lesson facilities ever built in the state of New Mexico.
He has testified as an expert witness on equine-related matters in both State and Federal Courts and has served as a consultant to Equus Magazine on equine liability issues. He is currently located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
